 		Add KumaUptime app to 3rd party addons list 
Adds KumaUptime, a native macOS menu bar client for Uptime Kuma.

The app allows users to monitor their Uptime Kuma servers directly from the macOS menu bar and supports both public status pages and private API mode using metrics API keys. It also includes optional notifications and basic monitor management.
