2 Legacy upgrade

This lets you upgrade Legacy instances (from MultiMC 3 and 4) to the format used in MultiMC 5.

It creates a new instance with the (Migrated) suffix so nothing bad can possibly happen to the original. If the new instance works, you can delete the original one.
